The days of hierarchical, autocratic companies is long gone. Leaders can no longer be just, I don't know, charismatic, and have drive. Today's leaders they need people skills, they need empathy. Empathy, in a way that they need to be able to put themselves in other people's shoes. They need to understand what people want, and how they feel.

A leader has to create an environment where a large number of people can communicate with each other, openly, to work efficiently and effectively, together, towards a common goal. Elizabeth is none of the things of which I speak. Elizabeth is a throwback, she's an anachronism. In fact when she goes to Shanghai, I will keep her in the loop, but only to a certain extent. But I'll say this about her.

Elizabeth, for everything that she was, did teach me something. Elizabeth, taught me that you should never underestimate your enemy. I never have, and I never will, underestimate Elizabeth. The problem with her was she was deceptive. Once you have someone who won't play by the rules well then you have no platform for a business.
