You know sometimes people get so caught up on the little picture that they can't see the big picture that's right in front of them. Take Stuart's precious Linderman Building so caught up in that one building he couldn't see our plans to develop the whole block, the all of downtown area. So now he gets to take that passion, take his responsibility and put it into this project. I think he's earned it, he deserves it. And I get to start fresh, a whole new set of apprentices, a whole new set of employees, take what I've learned here and try it out again in Shanghai.
